Warranty and Return Policy

We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our detailed warrant policy is as follows:

1. We warrant our products for 1 year under normal, non-commercial use. During the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any defective product.
2. After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, we will, subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is to be issued upon request, and must be shipped prepaid. A shipping rebate will be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.
3. The warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period.
4. For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A battery pack that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal.
5. For battery pack or battery related products, warranty is void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
6. Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased.
7. If you change your mind and want to return the item for a refund, you can contact our customer services department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Return within thirty (30) days from purchase can be for exchange, credit or refund at our discretion. A product returned for refund or exchange must be in its original packaging, and it must be complete, and undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages, and that you use a shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery. Our return policy is to refund the purchase price (not including shipping and handling). 8. This warranty does not extend to devices, such as computers or cameras, that are powered by our battery packs. We shall not be held responsible for the improper use of our product(s).

Please inspect all packages carefully upon receipt.
Please keep all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers.

Defective merchandise may be replaced if returned within 1 year from the date of purchase, except for clearance items (30 days).
All returns must be authorized by 365chargers.com.
All returns must be accompanied with a 365chargers.com Return Merchandise Authorization number and must be packed with all manuals, software, manufacturer documents and/or registration cards intact (if any).

Important: we will not give cash refunds for your defective merchandise; we will however provide you a replacement part if your return is completed within 1 year from the date of purchase, except for clearance items (30 days).
International customers are responsible for any and all custom fees charged by their country.

WE MAY ACCEPT YOUR RETURNED PRODUCT WHEN IT IS NON-DEFECTIVE

Non-Defective merchandise may be returned within the first 30 days from date of shipment, except for clearance items, which are not returnable if non-defective.
All non-defective merchandise returned within the first 30 days of shipment will be charged a restocking fee equal to either 15% of the purchase price or £ 8.0, which ever is greater.
Original shipping, handling, and return postage charges shall not be refunded.
If you refuse shipment of an order you placed, you will be charged £ 6.0 refused shipment fee. In addition, you will be charged all original shipping, handling, and return postage charges. Furthermore, you will be charged a restocking fee equal to either 15% of the purchase price or £ 6.0, which ever is greater.
IF YOU WANT TO REPLACE OR RETURN AN ITEM

All returns must be accompanied with a 365chargers.com Return Merchandise Authorization number and must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging with any and all manuals, software, manufacturer documents and or registration cards intact.
To request an RMA and initiate a return please mail our customer service department at 365chargers.com.
Repack item (s) in original packaging material. Orders returned in packaging material other than original packaging material shall not be accepted.
You may return the package via any carrier. You are responsible for insuring the returned package with the carrier you have selected against damage and loss. You are also responsible for all return shipping fees.
RMA will expire after thirty days.
Indicate merchandise being returned placing a copy of the original invoice in the returned package. If you would like you may include an appropriate reason why the item needed to be returned.
You may return bundle purchases. If you want to return an individual item you purchased as part of a bundle package, you may return that item separately. Please note: In some cases a bundle discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually. Returns are normally processed within 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience.
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL

Please inspect all packages carefully upon receipt.
Please keep all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers.
Please do not return damaged merchandise. The shipper may request to see the condition of the package as it arrived at the delivery site.

    I ordered a battery and charger on 22nd Jan and paid what I thought was 1st class postage (33% of the cost of the order). I am yet to receive the item.
    If this is you normal practice I would like to know when I am te receive the order, I will not be recommending your website in the future and will be informing Pay Pal opf the delay.
